Abstract
The current study aims to find factors that facilitate whistleblowing. Therefore, the current study proposes and examines the impact of independence of decision and others’ centeredness on the intentions to blow the whistle. A questionnaire was used to collect the data from 271 employees of public and private sectors from aviation, software, manufacturing, education and service Industry. The findings of the study reveal that bothindependence of decision and others’ centeredness have a positive and significant relationship with intention to blow the whistle. The outcome of the study significantly contributes to both the researchers and practitioners.
